picture-62.JPGJames E. Pittman is an attorney who limits his practice to U.S. Immigration and Naturalization cases. He represents both corporate and individual clients, including small and medium-sized employers, sponsored employees, family members following to join relatives in the USA, foreign students, applicants for US citizenship, persons seeking asylum in the USA because of persecution in their home country, as well as individuals facing removal or deportation.

Mr. Pittman is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law, located in Boston, Massachusetts, and is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. During law school he interned at large and medium-sized law firms and a major regional insurance company. He participated in the summer program on European Union law, held in Greece, which is co-sponsored by Tulane University School of Law and University of Thessaloniki. After graduation, he worked for several years in firms in Manhattan and northern New Jersey.

He speaks English and Turkish, and has studied at Bosphorus University in Istanbul, and at Ankara University’s TOMER Center. He greatly enjoys traveling and has visited many regions, including: Western Europe, East Asia, the Mediterranean, Near East, Central America, and Caucasus Mountains regions. His other interests include exercise, taking long walks, and politics.
